Sheila Feay-Shaw

Chancel Choir Director

 

Sheila Feay-Shaw was hired as the director of the Chancel Choir at WAUMC in September 2008. Sheila brings with her a vast career of musical knowledge and experience including working with all age groups and specializing in world and multicultural music, education, and performance. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Music Education at UW Milwaukee, and previously held a similar position at UW Whitewater. Sheila has taught music in the elementary grades in Washington state and Milwaukee, and worked in a music therapy program in the Milwaukee Public Schools. In addition, she has served as a church choir director in Seattle, WI and Greenfield, WI. Sheila is married to Steve and they have two young adult sons, Morgan and Kelby.
